The boys called from Syria today! They had first contact to local people. They were really friendly and thought their idea of the trip around the world was sensational. I didn’t understand much over the phone, there was a lot of noise in the background, which came from the religious doing of the locals, maybe some blessing for the w80 team??

8:00 getting up, a nice night at the Mediterranean without rain, but some heavy storm

12:00 crossing the border to Syria, charge: 250€

2:00 p.m. continuing trip to Aleppo

3:00 p.m. Arrival in Aleppo, parked Ford on a safe parking lot and went a on sight seeing tour

11:00 p.m. Gunnar & Bernd are still sitting in the internet café and are trying to send….
