Bernd´s report of the day:

07:00-Departure to the border crossing point Nam Can to Vietnam, again a flat tire

10:35-Crossing the border afoot, the bus stays back (at first, we have to go through the mud; arrived at the customs check, for the first time at all, everybody is allowed to show the complete content of it’s backpack)

11:00-The customs officers thank for several souvenirs with inviting us to two boozes

12:00-For the trip to the next village, 20km away, an old UAZ is provided

14:00-Over mud, debris and bolders that come towards us, we reach our stopover to change the bus

15:30-We keep going towards Hanoi with an overcrowded bus and a crazy driver, who seems to be weary of life

20:00-Small break, we get the chance to escape the driver and change to a bigger bus that overfills during the trip as well
